Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or appears to have been tampered with, you must refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to the sender.
PosesLondon is not responsible for parcels that are accepted by the customer in a damaged or opened condition. Once a parcel is accepted, liability for any damage transfers to the customer.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns

7.1 Return Eligibility

We do not offer exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Free from makeup, perfume, or marks
In their original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

7.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return and/or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse claims submitted after the 48‑hour window or where the item shows signs of wear or misuse.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Delivery fees are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our conditions.

International customers may return eligible items, but:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs declarations must be marked as “Returned Goods”.
Any customs charges incurred on returned parcels will be deducted from your refund.
