Refund Policy
1. Overview
At PosesLondon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund under the conditions outlined below. We do not offer exchanges.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a refund for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from makeup, perfume, or marks, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please reuse the courier packaging or use a suitable alternative when returning items. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.
3. Non- Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us using our Contact Us form with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
5. Conditions of Return
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned worn, damaged, marked, washed, or without original packaging and tags, the refund will be refused.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund. Claims submitted after 48 hours or for items showing signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted. Contact us using our Contact Us form with your order number and subject faulty/incorrect item.
7. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or appears tampered with, you must refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return it to the sender. PosesLondon is not responsible for parcels that are accepted by the customer in a damaged or opened condition.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Delivery fees are non‑refundable unless the item was confirmed to be faulty or incorrect. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect your return.
9. International & EU Returns
International and EU customers may return eligible items; however, return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returned parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”. Any customs charges incurred on returned parcels will be deducted from your refund.
